A nurturing first check-in designed to support your recovery, confidence, and feeding in the early days/ weeks after birth.

Includes:

  • Weighted feed (before & after feeding assessment)

  • Lactation & newborn care support

  • Emotional check-in

  • Light household support so you can focus on recovery

Most visits are 2–3 hours depending on family needs

‍ ‍Travel included within 20 miles of Chula Vista. Additional mileage may incur a fee.

Lactation SOS: Support When You Need It Most

Virtual Call | $50

For those moments when feeding feels overwhelming and you need immediate, trusted support, specially during evenings or weekends.

Includes:

  • Breastfeeding, bottle feeding & weaning guidance

  • Real-time troubleshooting

  • Reassurance and clear next steps

Calls typically last 45–60 minutes.

Evening and weekend availability offered when possible.
Same-day or next-available calls when you need support sooner.


Breastfeeding the First 100 Hours: A Supported Start

This small-group, hands-on class covers latch, positioning, milk supply, and what to realistically expect in the first 100 hours after birth.
