San Diego is home to many incredible, generous support groups led by skilled providers who care deeply about families. Below you’ll find a curated list of community-based groups where parents can find connection, reassurance, and guidance during postpartum and early parenthood.
San Diego County Support Groups:
Cafe of Life: Breastfeeding support group. Led by Dr. Steph, owner of Cafe of Life, Doctor of Chiropractic, CACCP and IBCLC.

AlignSD & Birth to Breast Lactation Support Group: For expecting parents and parents with babies to find lactation support in a nurturing environment. Guided by Ruth Hale, IBCLC & Doula, founder of Birth to Breast and Dr. Bonnie Fischer, D.C., perinatal & infant chiropractor and owner of AlignSD.

San Diego County Midwives Breastfeeding Support Group: Group is for all parents, babies, and those that support the family focusing on feeding baby with their mother’s milk.
