  • Cafe of Life: Breastfeeding support group. Led by Dr. Steph, owner of Cafe of Life, Doctor of Chiropractic, CACCP and IBCLC.

    Mondays 10-11 AM

  • Bonita- Sunnyside San Diego County Library: “Breastfeeding, Bottles, and Books: Support, Stories, and Struggles” a space for parents and babies. Led by Annie from Doulacta.

    Mondays (first and third of the month) 10-11AM.

  • Baby Garten Studio: Breastfeeding and feeding support group. Led by Candace Hallak, IBCLC.

    Tuesdays 9-10:30 AM.

  • Clear Chiropractic: Breastfeeding support group for Chula Vista community. Led by Dr. Eva, owner of Clear Chiropractic, Doctor of Chiropractic, IBCLC.

  • Global Babies Club New Parent Support Group: Feeding and parent support group. Led by Chardá Bell, IBCLC.

    Tuesdays 10-11AM (704 Euclid Ave, San Diego, CA 92114).

  • LoveStrong Wellness: MomStrong welcomes you to two mom spaces on the same day, back to back. First, at 10 AM, the Breastfeeding & Tongue Tie Support Group, followed at 11 AM by the Mother’s Circle, where you can meet other moms and babies and learn about different topics each week from guest speakers. Led by Annie from Doulacta.

    Wednesdays: Breastfeeding group at 10-11AM and Mother’s Circle 11:00- 11:30AM (16935 W Bernardo Dr, Ste 140San Diego, CA 92127).

  • Global Babies Club New Parent Support Group (en Español): Grupo de apoyo para lactancia infantil y familias. Led by Roxanna Chávez, IBCLC.

  • San Diego County Midwives Breastfeeding Support Group: Group is for all parents, babies, and those that support the family focusing on feeding baby with their mother’s milk.

  • Best Start Birth Center: Lactation and parenting group.

    Thursdays 12-1:30 PM.

  • San Diego Breastfeeding Center, LLC: Support froup for parents and chest/breatsfeeding parents.

    Fridays 10-11 AM.
