Becoming a mom was one of the happiest moments of my life. It was also one of the hardest.

That's why I now support expecting and new families with compassionate, evidence-based care through breastfeeding, infant feeding, and postpartum recovery.

I'm a bilingual (English/Spanish) Certified Postpartum Doula and Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), and I’ve completed my birth doula training to support families through labor and birth, serving families across San Diego and virtually around the world.
