A gentle introduction to what life looks like after baby comes home. This session supports both the birthing parent and partner. -
30 hours of personalized support for new parents. Includes prenatal & postpartum in-home visits over the first 8 weeks.

20 hours of in-home support over the first 6 weeks (2-4 hour visits)
A package to help parents settle in during the early weeks postpartum.

This group is open to all families with babies ages 0–12 months, as well as expecting parents. You are welcome to meet the group leaders, connect with other families, and get a feel for the support available in your parenting journey

Breastfeeding 101 Class

This session is designed to help families feel confident about starting their breastfeeding journey.
We'll cover:
Breast anatomy & how lactation works
Getting started with breastfeeding
Comfortable nursing positions
Setting realistic expectations
Intro to pumping & bottle feeding
Partner and granddparents encourage to attend
Postpartum 101 Class
$35
Virtual or In-Person | 2 hours
A gentle introduction to what life looks like after baby comes home. This session supports both the birthing parent and partner.
We’ll explore:
Recovery care for the birthing parent
Baby cues (hunger, sleep, etc.)
Baby sleep basics
What you really need the first few months
Babywearing tips
Relaxation and recovery techniques
Becoming a family
First-Time Parent Care Package
$1,500
30 hours in-home support over the first 12 weeks (2-5 hours visits)
A premium package designed for first-time parents who want caring, experienced support from pregancy through the early postpartum period.
Includes:
Prenatal planning visit (2 hours)
Must-haves vs. nice-to-haves for birthing parent/baby items
Set up feeding/changing stations
Talk through birth and postpartum preferences
Ease common worries and prep emotionally
28 hours of postpartum in-home support (2-4 hour visits)
Lactation and feeding support (breast, pump or bottle)
Recovery care for the birthing parent
Baby cues, sleep, and soothing
Newborn care basics & routines (soothing, diapering, bathing, babywearing)
Partner support and emotional check-ins
A steady, familiar presence during the 4th trimester
Includes Breastfeeding 101 and Postpartum 101 classes
Additional hours can be added to extend support
Fourth Trimester Care Package
$1,100
20 hours of in-home support over the first 8 weeks (2-5 hour visits)
A foundational package to help parents settle in during the early weeks postpartum.
Includes:
Postpartum doula support to ease the early weeks
Breastfeeding/lactation guidance
Recovery and emotional care for the birthing parent
Baby care education and soothing techniques
Sleep guidance and partner support
Includes Breastfeeding 101 and Postpartum 101 sessions
